Supabase Production Database
Supabase PostgreSQL 17 GA in Singapore is the live primary database. Cloudflare Worker enforces secure server sessions and forwards authorized requests. Google Drive is reserved for independent backup/recovery only and is never a second live primary database.
Completed sales and authorized management changes commit atomically through the Cloudflare gateway to Supabase PostgreSQL. Background terminals check only the tiny server revision and download a full snapshot only when the revision changes. Google Drive backup is handled separately from the live database.
Maintenance Update
Safely refresh the POS application to the latest deployed version. Inventory, sales, users, settings, and inventory history are preserved. When online, a server-side recovery snapshot is created before the update. Google Drive remains an independent disaster-recovery copy.
